When you submit a consultation request or giveaway entry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property type, city, and any project details you share. We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver our design services, communicate about your project, and — only where you have given explicit consent — send you occasional messages by SMS or email. We never sell your personal information.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive customer care-related and one-to-one text messages from Design House. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Sharing Your Information

We share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as email delivery and CRM platforms — and only to the extent necessary to provide our services. These providers are bound by obligations of confidentiality.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to your inquiry and provide services, and thereafter as required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.
